Specialized Electro-Optic Solutions
Opsci produces specialized electro-optic systems for transportation, medical, and industrial markets. We design and manufacture high power visible and near-infrared illuminators for Toll booths, Intermodal and Rail car inspection systems. We also provide test and characterization systems for CMOS and CCD based imagers.
ABOUT OPSCI
Opsci was formed in 2000 to help customers with electro-optic designs and products. Our founder, Eric Howard, has a Ph.D. in Optical Sciences from the University of Arizona and over 25 years of experience in electronic design and scientific research.
Our design center is located in Cedar Park, Texas, on the northwest side of Austin and have relationships with Texas based ISO-9002 manufacturing facilities to bring our designs to life and facilitate product fulfillment.
